Ashley Diamond, PsyD, ABPP​

Ashley Diamond, Psy.D., ABPP earned her Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in 2016, with specialized training in forensic psychology. She also holds a postgraduate master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. Her doctoral dissertation examined the psychometric properties of the Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R-PAS) in a batterer intervention program population.

 

Dr. Diamond completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Wyoming State Hospital, where she received advanced training in adult acute inpatient care and forensic evaluation. Her clinical experience includes psychological assessment and treatment of individuals undergoing restoration to competency, those adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Mental Illness, and civilly committed patients.

 

She has worked across multiple inpatient psychiatric settings, including Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center, providing care on acute inpatient, dual diagnosis, and chemical dependency units. From 2018 to 2025, she served as Behavioral Health Director at Moses Lake Community Health Center, overseeing integrated behavioral health services and supervising multidisciplinary teams.

 

Dr. Diamond is Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology and holds membership in the American Psychological Association, APA Division 38, APA Division 55, the American Board of Professional Psychology, and the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is currently licensed in Georgia, Florida, and Washington.
