Pamela Blackwell, Psy.D., MPsy, MSW​

Pamela Blackwell, Psy.D., M. Psy, MSW, received her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology in 2022 from The George Washington University. She has extensive experience in forensic, psychoeducational, and reproductive psychological assessment and treatment, gained through her work at Howard University Counseling Service’s Child Guidance Clinic, where she conducted forensic evaluations for youth involved in the court system, and later at Illume Fertility Clinic, where she provided psychological assessment and counseling for third-party reproductive clients.
Following her doctoral training, Dr. Blackwell worked as a Reproductive Psychologist at Illume Fertility and as an Assessment and Therapy Psychologist at Integrative Therapy of Greater Washington. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Forensic Psychology Master’s Program at George Washington University, where she teaches Ethics and Victimology. A United States Army veteran, Dr. Blackwell’s prior service as a Military Police Officer and Human Resource Specialist informs her expertise in public-safety candidate assessments and workplace accommodations.
Dr. Blackwell holds memberships in the American Psychological Association and Maryland Psychological Association. She has presented at several professional meetings, including the American Psychological Association Convention, the APA Division 39 (Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychology) Conference, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Conference. She is currently licensed in Maryland and holds the PSYPACT credential.
