Tiffany Harris

Tiffany received her Certified Personal Training Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018 and her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate through Core Power Yoga/Yoga Alliance in 2019. She has extensive experience in personal training, group fitness and teaching yoga, which she gained from working at Orangetheory Fitness, F45 Training, and Core Power Yoga. She is also a dedicated stay-at-home mom.
